BHEL members and Parents Teachers Committee members had a meeting regarding Fee Structure 2018-2019 on 24/03/2018. This committee decided unanimously the Fee Structure for the session 2018-2019. The following decisions were made in the meeting:
1. Tuition Fee for BHEL ward - Rs.1650/- p.m.
2. Tuition Fee for Non BHEL wards - Rs.2570/- p.m.
3. Bus Fee for Non BHEL wards - Rs.825/- p.m.
4. Annual Miscellaneous charges - Rs.7500/- per annum
There has been no change in any other heads for existing students. A meager raise of 6% (approx) in Fees has been made to meet school's expenditures.

MODE OF PAYMENT
There are three ways in which parents can deposit fee of their ward.
1. DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT IN THE BANK:
Parents will be directly depositing the fee of their wards in the State Bank of India , DPS Ranipur Sector III Branch in the account of the school. But the parent has to first of all generate fee slip from the school portal only. Following steps will enable them to generate fee slip:
Step 1: Log in to portal through Parent/Student ID and Password (already provided by school)
Step 2: Click on Fee >Fee Challan
Step 3: Download the fee challan for the required quarter and pay fee in the bank.
Step 4: Parent will get three slips for each quarter. One will be retained by the Bank, second by the school and the third copy by the parents for reference.
2. ONLINE FEE PAYMENT
For the convenience of parents, the school has tied up with EBS ( E-Billing Solutions )to enable parents to use Gateway for paying fee of their wards. Using the gateway, the parent can pay fee of their ward by any of the following mode.
a) Net Banking
b) Debit Card
c) Credit Card
Following steps will enable parents to use this facility for payment of fee:
Step 1: Go to home page of www.dpshardwar.com
Step 2: Log in to portal through Parent/Student ID and Password (already provided by school)
Step 3: Click on Fee >Online fee payment
Step 4: You will get detail of fee for the given quarter.
Step 5: Click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 6: You will get Amount of Fee to be paid. Fill required data (e.g. email, Pin Code etc.)
Step 7: Confirm the details
Step 8: Go for the payment option (Net banking or Card Payment) and proceed.
3. INTERNET BANKING:
Parents can directly deposit the fee by transfer of money by Direct Transfer/NEFT/ RTGS (Third party transfer) in the account of SCHOOL for which the details are given below:

NOTE: If parent is depositing fee by Direct Transfer / NEFT (Third Party Transfer), he has to submit the details to the Fee Department of the school stating Name of the Student, Admission no, the quarter for which the fee has been paid and Account no. from which money has been transferred. You can also give photocopy of transaction slip for reference along with the Name, Adm. No. and Class & Section of the child.

Note: It is again reminded that Annual Miscellaneous Charges are to be paid along with Tuition Fee for the first quarter, otherwise late fee as per the above slab will be charged.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
· Fee may be deposited in advance for all four quarters. 2% Discount ( applicable on Tuition Fee, Bus Fee, Computer Fee, Lab Fee & Horse Riding Fee for II, III & IV Quarters only ) will be given to those parents who deposit fee of their ward ofALL FOUR QUARTERS on or before April 30, 2018. Discount will be reimbursed after the session through cheque.
NOTE: Those who want to pay fee of all four quarters before April 30, 2018 are requested to contact Fee Section of the school to get Challan of all four quarters.
- The fee of IV Quarter ( January 2019 to March 2019) for all students of class X and XII should be positively deposited by January 31, 2019 to get clearance for issue of Admit Cards.
BUS FACILITY:
Bus facility, if available shall be PROVIDED FOR THE WHOLE SESSION only and the bus fee will be compulsorily charged for eleven months. There is no provision of discontinuation of bus service in the midsession, unless a student is leaving the school with a T.C. This rule is being implemented as school makes an eleven month contract with the bus contractor.
